Payment, Delivery & Returns

Payment is received via most major credit cards via a secure online payment facility or Paypal. Customers private details are handled with care and details are not stored or forwarded to any third party.

Delivery should take between 10 to 14 days (most orders are bespoke therefore printing is done to order), or possibly longer should problems occur out of control of the supplier and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery is made by major couriers except small items which will be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery charges will be added to the order using a pay scale depending how many metres are ordered which is INCLUSIVE OF VAT.  All deliveries must be paid for in full before dispatch. Please Do Not Sign for damaged goods, if you are concerned that there is damage to packaging and goods please contact the delivery company within 48 hours as goods are not covered by transit insurance once delivery has been accepted. Any shortfall in delivery items or damage should be reported to Christine Sherratt within 3 working days post delivery.

Christine Sherratt is not liable for any financial loss due to late delivery of items or damage in transit to products however the arising.

Any problems with out of stock items will be notified as early as possible.

In the event of a fault , please contact us as soon as possible by telephone and/or email.

A decision can be made as to whether goods should be returned depending on the evidence supplied by the customer, in the form of a sample, photograph and product number.

If the product is defective in any way a full refund or replacement will be offered free of charge.

We reserve the right to cancel an order before delivery and refund the cost if necessary.

If you are dissatisfied with Your Christine Sherratt product you may return it AT YOUR COST within 7 working days after receipt of your order, undamaged and in its original packaging for a full refund or replacement.

Any returned goods which arrive damaged will not be able to be refunded. If a product has been printed to order it cannot be refunded or replaced unless it is faulty.

These provisions do not affect Your statutory rights.
